1. 2011 മെയ് മാസത്തില്‍ സ്പീക്കേഷ്യക്കെതിരെ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ ദുഷ്‌പ്രചരണങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങി.
2. 2011 മെയ് മാസത്തില്‍ കമ്പനിയുടെ ബിസിനസ്സ് മോഡല്‍ പത്രസമ്മേളനത്തിലൂടെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
3. 2011 ജൂലൈ മാസത്തില്‍ കമ്പനിയുടെ ബിസിനസ്സ് മോഡല്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ അവസരം ചോദിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് R.B.I ക്ക് കമ്പനി ലെറ്റര്‍ അയച്ചു.
4. 2011 ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തില്‍ കമ്പനി എക്സിറ്റ് ഓപ്ഷന്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
5. 2011 സെപ്തംബര്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ R.B.I മുമ്പാകെ കമ്പനിയുടെ ബിസിനിസ്സ് മോഡല്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
6. 2011 സെപ്തംബര്‍ / ഒക്ടോബര്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ എക്സിറ്റ് ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നല്‍കിയവരുടെ പെയ്മന്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതിനും കമ്പനി 'പുനരാരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനും' വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു സത്യവാങ്മൂലം (അഫിഡവിറ്റ്) കമ്പനി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു.
7. 2011 നവംബര്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഒരു മധ്യസ്ഥനായി ബഹു. ലഹോതി (ബഹു.സുപ്രീം കോടതി മുന്‍ ചീഫ് ജസ്‌റ്റിസ്) യെ നിയമിച്ചു. അന്നത്തെ കോടതി ഉത്തരവില്‍ പറയുന്നത് 'പാര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള വിവാദങ്ങള്‍ മാറ്റി ഒരു "അമിക്കബിള്‍ സെറ്റില്‍മന്റ്'' നുള്ള സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടാകാനുതകുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള ഒരുമധ്യസ്ഥ വഹിക്കുകയും അതിന്റെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കാനുമാണ്.
8. 2012 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസത്തില്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി നിര്‍ദ്ദേശ പ്രകാരം കമ്പനി 10 മില്ല്യണ്‍ ഡോളര്‍ (ഏകദേശം 50 കോടി രൂപ) സുപ്രീം കോടതി റെജിസ്ട്രിയില്‍ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചു.
9. 2012 മാര്‍ച്ച് മാസത്തില്‍ എക്സിറ്റ് ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നല്‍കിയവരുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് കമ്പനി ബഹു.ലഹോതിജിക്ക് നല്‍കി. അതിന്‍പ്രകാരം ബഹു.ലഹോതിജി, E.O.W (Economic Offence Wing) നോട് കമ്പനിയുടെ സര്‍വ്വറും ഡാറ്റയും തിരികെ നല്‍കാന്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചു. (ഓര്‍ക്കുക, സര്‍വ്വര്‍ കമ്പനിക്ക് ലഭിച്ചാലേ 'എക്സിറ്റ്' നല്‍കിയ പാനലിസ്റ്റുകളുടെ മുഴുവന്‍ തുകയുടെ ശരിയായ വിവരം ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.). എന്നാല്‍ E.O.W (Economic Offence Wing) സര്‍വ്വര്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിനെതിരെ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ ഒരു സത്യവാങ്മൂലം (Affidavit) നല്‍കുവാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതിനെതിരെ കമ്പനി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ ഒരു അപ്പീല്‍ നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
10. 2012 ഏപ്രില്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ കമ്പനി പുനരാരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനും, പെര്‍മനെന്റ് എസ്റ്റാബ്ളിഷ്മന്റ് തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി വിവിധ ഗവണെമന്റ് അധികാരികളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു.
11. 2012 ഏപ്രില്‍ മാസത്തില്‍ 'ഇന്‍ കം ടാക്സ് ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്മെന്റിന് അവരുടെ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം (Affidavit) നല്‍കുവാന്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി 2 ആഴ്ച്ച സമയം നല്‍കി. അതോടൊപ്പം 2012 ഏപ്രില്‍ 30 ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഈ കേസ് വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതിന് നീട്ടിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
